Thank you for choosing Cut It Out Laser Specialty Gifts . We strive to provide exceptional products and services to our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our store policy:

1. Hours of Operation:

  • There are no physical store hours. Please contact us if you need to arrange an in person consultation or arrange for pick up of your items.

2. Payment Methods:

  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards for online orders.

  • Cash, Credit/Debit Cards or Venmo are accepted where physical items may be sold and in person transactions can be made. ie, craft fairs, fundraisers, farmers markets, pop-up events, etc. 

  • All transactions are processed in USD.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges.

4. Privacy and Security:

  • We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

5. Customer Conduct:

  • We expect all customers to treat our staff and fellow customers with respect and courtesy.

  • Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Lost or Stolen Items:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. This includes lost items in the shipping process or any stolen packages due to theft. 

7. Damaged Merchandise:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately for assistance.

  • Notification of any damaged or broken items must be submitted to us within 24hrs of receiving your order. Pictures of the damage/broken items may be requested by the owner. 

  • We are not responsible for any damage done by shipping providers, however we are happy to work with you to remedy any issues that may occur. 

  • We are not responsible for any damages due to misuse, user error, or failure to follow the care instructions provided by the seller. It is the customers responsibility to use their items as intended and follow care instructions to upkeep the quality. 

8. Pricing and Availability:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product availability information, but occasionally an item may be out of stock or have a price change do to supply and demand.

  • Availability of certain name brand items, (ie. Stanley, Yeti, etc.) are subject to change based on local retailers and online availability. Some items may only be available in limited quantities per the retailer/brand limitations. These items are also subject to price increases at the owners discretion. 

  • Cut It Out has the right to increase fees/pricing or add additional fees based on order specifications. ie. intricate designs, design time, product availability, etc.  

9. Special Orders:

  • We may be able to accommodate special orders for certain products. Please inquire for more information.

  • Bulk orders are available upon request. Product availability may be limited in large quantities. Please inquire for bulk order specifications and available products. 

10. Discounts and Promotions:

  • Special offers, discounts, and promotions may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Please check for details at the time of purchase.

  • Donations to local agencies/organizations may be provided at the owners discretion. Please reach out if you are interested in a donation to your organization.

11. Health and Safety:

  • For the safety of all customers, please follow any instructions given with your product. This will also ensure the longevity and quality of your item.
