Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer the following shipping methods: Standard, Expedite, Overnight.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, package size, shipping method and carrier. We are available for local pick up if you do not wish to pay for shipping. 

  • Local pick up is available for orders that can be picked up at our local office by the purchaser. Local delivery may be available, at the discretion of the owner,  for a reduced rate IF you are located within Redding, Anderson, Cottonwood or Red Bluff city limits. 

3. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within [X business days]. [Specify if there are exceptions, e.g., holidays].

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please refer to our shipping options for estimated delivery times.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting [tracking website].

6. International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns within [X days] of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cutitoutcrafts@att.net.

  • Once approved, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Ship the package to Cut It Out 1639 South Street Anderson, CA. 96002.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [X days].

5. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Indicate the item you would like in exchange. Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items are not eligible for exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

  • We require notification of damaged or defective items within 24hrs of receiving your product. 

  • Please be advised we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers, or improper use.

8. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 25% may apply to certain returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and inspecting returned items.

Policy Updates:

  • We reserve the right to modify this shipping and return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
